Kitesurfing in the region :
Kitesurf enthusiasts, the Lavandou region offers stunning spots to enjoy your passion in an exceptional setting. Good news: kitesurfing is allowed on the beaches of Cabasson and L’Argentière outside the summer season (from June 1 to September 30). These beaches are perfect for catching the wind while gliding over breathtaking Mediterranean landscapes.
However, for safety and environmental reasons, kitesurfing is strictly prohibited year-round on the beaches of Saint-Clair, Le Lavandou, and La Favière. For those wanting to kitesurf all year round, we recommend the beaches of Almanarre (in Hyères) and Meyrou in L’Ayguade, both well known for their ideal conditions.
