Every year, the South of France attracts many naturist tourists who appreciate the areas of freedom and authenticity on the French beaches, especially in the region Var. Bormes-les-Mimosas and its surroundings have fine sandy beaches that will delight younger and olders ones, in an enchanting environment surrounded by uncontaminated nature.

BEACH OF la favière

The beach of La Favière is contiguous to Camp du Domaine. With its 680m length, it is the larger fine sandy beach of Bormes les Mimosas, perfect for families. With direct access from Camp du Domaine, enjoy the large area to relax under the sun, build houses on sand, or practice kite. Its pure and turquoise water will delight you for practicing water activities, or simply have a good lunch on the terrace of a beach restaurant.

Pets are not allowed on the beach from 01.04 till 01.11

beach of cabasson

Beach of Cabasson is located about 7km from Camp du Domaine by the road, or 3km through the hill (hiking only). It offers a stunning view on the Fort de Brégançon. It is a perfect spot for nautical activities in case of heavy winds, because of its North-West exposition. Nestled in still preserved dunes and green oasis, the beach of Cabasson has managed to keep its authenticity and offers, even in high season, a perfect quiet spot to enjoy a day with the family. 

Pets are not allowed bewteen 01.04 and 01.11 , though tolerated in the late evening. .

beach of pellegrin / estagnol

  • Beach of Pellegrin is one of the most beautiful beach of Méditérrannée. It offers 870m of fine sandy beach, and has managed to stick with authenticity and with an abundant vegetation. Located around 10km from Camp du Domaine, it is accessible by the road in the Direction of Brégançon and la Londe, on the coast ( fee-paying car park ) , or on foot by using the coastal path.   
  • Beach of Estagnol has nothing to envy the one of Pellegrin. Nestled in a green oasis, its sandy beach and preservefd wild lagoon will please you and your relatives. Only 8km from Camp du Domaine, it is accessible by the road in the Direction of Brégançon and la Londe, on the coast ( fee-paying car park ) , or on foot by using the coastal path. 

Pets are not allowed from 01.04 till 15.10.

beach of saint clair / Lavandou

Beach of Saint Clair in Le Lavandou is also known under “The Pearl”. It is very pleasant to relax on this fine sandy beach. It is the ideal beach for all of your activities : bathing, snorkeling, farniente, restaurant, beach volley… East orientated, it offers stunning sunrises and a beautiful view on the Golden Islands. Located about 5km from Camp du Domaine, right behind the large beach of Lavandou, it is reachable by the road in the direction of Saint Tropez, within only 10min, or on foot using the coastal path from the campsite onwards.

Pets are not allowed from 01.04 till 01.11.

Utile : we advise you to reach this beach on foot from the campsite oor from le Lavandou, parking places are very rare during summer time 

little creeks

The department Var has abundant little creeks, far less known and crowded as the most well-known ones. Often hidden, they are considered as the jewel of Bormes and Lavandou. You can, among others, visit the beach Jean-Blanc, surnamed “the silver case” because of its white sandy beach and unbelieveable surrounding, or the Elefant beach, wild and preserved. Do not hesitate to ask for more information at the campsite’s reception desk, or the tourist office.

plages naturistes

  • Beach of Rossignol is bordered with rocks, hidden from civilization. A little and pretty beach, often visited by naturist enthusiasts, because of its hidden situation. To reach this beach, located about 5km from city-center of Le Lavandou, take the direction of Saint Tropez (CD 559). You can park your car next to the road.

  • Beach of Grottes is the unique beach on the island of Le Levandou, and naturism is mendatory. This naturist sandy beach offers a delightful surrounding for pleasant moments in couples, family or friends. The reach this beach, you need to take the ferry boat either from La Favière, next to the campsite, or Le Lavandou. When you arrive at the harbour on the island, take the left path and clim up along the reef.
  • Beach of Layet is the perfect one to practice nudism in Le Lavandou. Also known as the “anse du Boucanier”, it s a nice fine sandy beach, located in a discreet area. it can be reached by a marked path, with steep slope. You need to drive in the direction of Saint Tropez, and after about 20min, you will find it, right before the large beach of Cavalière. 

            Useful : car parking is difficult around le Layet.
